STS-95 Payload Specialists Chiaki Mukai, at left, representing the National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA), and Mission Specialist Pedro Duque of Spain, representing the European Space Agency (ESA), practice using equipment in the SPACEHAB trainer at the SPACEHAB Payload Processing Facility in Cape Canaveral. STS-95 will feature a variety of research payloads, including the Spartan solar-observing deployable spacecraft, the Hubble Space Telescope Orbital Systems Platform, the International Extreme Ultraviolet Hitchhiker, and experiments on space flight and the aging process.
