STS-82 Mission Commander Kenneth D. Bowersox prepares to step down from the T-38 jet he flew from Houston, TX, to KSCs Shuttle Landing Facility. Bowersox and the other six crew members are at KSC to participate in the Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test (TCDT), a dress rehearsal for launch. The crew aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery on STS-82 will conduct the second Hubble Space Telescope servicing mission. The 10-day flight is targeted for a Feb. 11 liftoff.
