Members of the STS-72 crew are participating in the Crew Equipment Interface Test (CEIT), which gives them the opportunity to get a hands-on look at the payloads they will be working with on-orbit. STS-72 is scheduled to be the first Shuttle launch of 1996. The primary payloads are the Space Flyer Unit-Retrieval and the Office of Aeronautics and Space Technology-Flyer (OAST-Flyer).
