KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. -- Workers on Launch Pad 39A remove Endeavour?s oxygen flex hose from the mid-body to inspect it for the source of an oxygen leak. Visual inspection found a deformity in the flex line braid where it connects to rigid tubing. Manual inspection and helium detectors identified the flex hose as the source of the oxygen leak. Work is under way to complete the installation of a replacement. (Photo Release Date: 11/14/2002 )
