  Title: STS-27 Atlantis, OV-104, rises above clouds as it soars above KSC LC Pad 39B
  Air-to-air view shows Atlantis, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 104, rising above
  clouds  and leaving Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Launch Complex (LC) Pad 39B
  behind.   Barely visible at the very top of the solid rocket booster (SRB)
  exhaust  plumes is OV-104 as it rides on the external tank (ET).  OV-104 is
  headed  into space for its third mission, STS-28, a Department of Defense
  (DOD)  dedicated mission.
