at  the Mission Control Center during the joint U.S.-USSR Apollo Soyuz Test 
Project (ASTP) docking in Earth orbit mission. They are applauding the 
successful touchdown of the Soyuz spacecraft in Central Asia. The
television  monitor had just shown the land landing of the Soyuz descent
vehicle.
