Operationally Efficient Propulsion System Study - Video & Reports
The following are VERY large files. This NASA study conducted by KSC in the early 1990's resulted in these instructional videos (originally on VHS) and an extensive series of reports.
Videos: The following OEPSS video is approved for public release. Download all the files below, individually, to a common folder. Then begin with VTS_01_1.VOB and "Open With...". Select Windows Media Player 11.0. Proceed to VTS_01_2.VOB and VTS_01_3.VOB in the same manner.

Reports: The following OEPSS reports are approved for public release or were published via the AIAA, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, with all rights reserved to the Government.

Note, not all reports for the OEPSS are PUBLIC. For the sole remaining report contact Edgar Zapata 321-867-6234 or Russ Rhodes 321-867-6298 at the NASA Kennedy Space Center as regards availability.
