Technology Priorities Identification

These are excerpts from the RLV Technology Priorities Identification project undertaken by some of the members of the Operations Synergy Team. Results were presented October 12th, 1994 at Stennis Space Center. This document integrated and prioritized the known technology requirements of the propulsion, structures and operations teams. A QFD process was used to prioritize in terms of benefit and programmatic criteria. Use of this technique is strongly encouraged to prioritize and fund the RLV technology effort in a logical, measurable manner.
