Contact Definition
Author:
- The individual(s) to contact if you have questions about the content,
wording, or accuracy of the information presented on a page.
Curator:
- The individual(s) who formatted the information for the web and maintains the
files. Contact this person(s) if you have problems such as:
- You wish to request access to a restricted page.
- An image that is "broken" (not viewable).
- Your browser doesn't support graphics, forms, tables, or some other
capability, and we haven't made the information accessible in some other (e.g.
text-only) form.
- A file doesn't seem to download properly, or is not usable.
- You have a suggestion to improve the page.
Responsible Official:
- The official which ensures
that each PGSC page follows NASA and KSC standards and
meets our customers' needs. Contact this person if:
- You have concerns about the legality or appropriateness of a page.
- If the Author, Curator, or System Manager were unable to answer your
question satisfactorily.
System Manager:
- The individual(s) that maintain
our web server computers. Contact this person(s) if you have any of the
following problems:
- Our server is inaccessible, or constantly rejects your requests. (Note that
you should contact the Author/Curator(s) if you need access to a restricted page).
- You have contacted the Author/Curator(s) about a problem, such as downloading a file,
and were told that it is a server problem.
- Incompatibilities with your computer platform or net browser.
