Title: A distant view of STS-57 Endeavour, OV-105, as it lifts off from KSC LC Pad
  Description:
In this distant view, STS-57 Endeavour, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 105, lifts off
from Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Launch Complex (LC) Pad 39B and covers the
surrounding area in a huge exhaust cloud. Liftoff occurred at 9:07:22 am
(Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)). OV-105 has cleared the launch tower and
soars into the morning sky with KSC LC Pad 39A, the Sound Supression Water
System elevated tank, and a nearby waterway visible in the foreground.
The glow of the solid rocket booster (SRB) and space shuttle main engine
(SSME) firings is reflected in the waterway. Several birds in the water
  observe the launch.
