  STS-56 Discovery, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 103, Mission Specialist 1 (MS1) 
  Michael Foale, wearing launch and entry suit (LES) and launch and entry 
  helmet (LEH), floats in a single person life raft during launch emergency 
  egress (bailout) exercises in JSC's Weightless Environment Training
  Facility  (WETF) Bldg 29 pool.  Foale's body is covered with the life raft
  tarp. His  head and the space shuttle search and rescue satellite aided
  tracking  (SARSAT) antenna protrude above the tarp. This simulation
  prepares the  astronauts for the event of an emergency egress and
  subsequent water landing  during launch.
