  Description:
  During STS-30, Instrumentation and Communications Officer (INCO) Harold
  Black  studies data on his monitor in JSC's Mission Control Center (MCC)
  Bldg 30  Flight Control Room (FCR) not long after Atlantis, Orbiter Vehicle
  (OV) 104,  had begun orbiting the Earth.  A number of other flight
  controllers can be  seen in the background.  The tracking map in FCR's
  center front indicates  OV-104 is nearing one of its many flyover passes of
  the African continent.
