  STS-30 Atlantis, Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 104, heads for Earth orbit as it
  rises  above mobile launcher platform at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Launch
  Complex  (LC) Pad 39B.  This profile view shows OV-104 just before it
  clears LC Pad  39B launch tower.  Exhaust plumes billow from the solid
  rocket boosters  (SRBs).  An exhaust cloud surrounds LC Pad 39B and begins
  to cover mobile  launcher platform.  OV-104 forward and aft attach points
  to the external tank  (ET) are visible.  The retracted rotating service
  structure (RSS) is visible  at left.  Launch occurred at 2:46:58 pm
  (Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)).
