The heavy concentration of these cirrocumulus and nimbostratus clouds over 
open ocean - location unknown, indicate that a heavy downpouring of rain is 
occuring on the Earth's surface below.  Towering anvils, rising above the 
base cloud cover, also indicate high winds and possible tornado activity.
