Press Site

The Press site is the primary site for news media activities at KSC. It is located in the Launch Complex 39 Area on elevated ground just south of the Vehicle Assembly Building and adjacent to the Barge Terminal Facility (turn basin). It consists of a covered grandstand that seats 350; a one-story structure with a 90-seat auditorium for press conferences and briefings, and autovisual laboratory. Some media representatives maintain permanent facilities on land leased from NASA
