What do you do for fun? Read things published on paper and watch movies made before computers.
Why do you work at NASA? I thrive on being part of out of this world technology.
How did you get your job here? I have a broad and very flexible knowledge of materials and processes and enjoy building things.
What is your role in Desert RATS? Conceptual fabricator and suit technician.
Why
is your job important?
It develops foundation skills and practical hands-on experience for
future space exploration. .
What do you like about your job? It is
never the same and inspires learning about new inventions.
Why do you think Desert RATS is important? It, thanks to Joe Kosmo, has become a core extraterrestrial exploration development program at NASA.
Any other information that you would like to share with the students? Learn to use as many tools as possible.
Any advice for the students? Learn actively – not passively. Don’t watch TV – read.
