Current Projects Include: Constellation Space Suit System pressure garment lead engineer

Additional duties within the EVA and Space Suit Systems Branch include: Advanced space suit, gloves, and EVA systems development and test

Past Project Include: Shuttle space suit gloves, launch and entry suit gloves, Space Launch Initiative crew escape suit engineering lead, and STS-100 EVA Tools

2004 rotation with the EVA Office serving as the International Space Station EVA sub-system manager

Full Time NASA employee since 1996
Prior to that participated in the Cooperative Education Program since 1990

Graduated in 2006 from the University of North Dakota with a Masters in Space Studies
Graduated in 1996 from Purdue University with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering
Graduated in 1994 from Purdue University with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering


Graduated from Friendswood High School in Friendswood, TX
Family is originally from Indiana
Both parents work in the space program
